The IMMERSE Women’s Transformation Coaching Certification is a professional development programme designed to equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and practical coaching capabilities to support meaningful and sustainable transformation in women.
The programme is designed for aspiring and practising coaches, leadership development professionals, women’s development practitioners, and others who want to support women’s personal, professional, and leadership growth through coaching.
The programme is intended for individuals committed to developing their coaching competence and supporting women’s transformation. Please refer to the current cohort’s eligibility criteria for specific entry requirements.
The programme comprises a five-day intensive learning experience, combining instruction, guided coaching practice, reflection, and practical application. This is followed by a practical assessment to evaluate participants’ coaching competence.
Participants will learn to apply the DDK Method of Transformational Coaching™ and develop practical coaching capabilities across the five movements of the IMMERSE Women’s Transformation Framework™:
- Identity: Self-awareness, wholeness, and personal alignment.
- Purpose & Vision: Clarifying purpose, values, and direction.
- Execution: Translating intentions into action and accountability.
- Mastery: Developing competence, growth, and sustainable practices.
- Leadership: Leading oneself and others with clarity and responsibility.
The programme also integrates ethical coaching practice, guided application, and practical skills to support meaningful and sustainable transformation in women.
Assessment includes learning activities and practical exercises during the intensive programme, followed by a post-training practical assessment. Participants are expected to demonstrate their ability to apply the learning and coach competently, ethically, and within the defined scope of practice.
Participants must complete the intensive learning experience, fulfil the applicable participation requirements, and successfully meet the programme’s assessment and certification standards. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
Successful participants will receive the IMMERSE Certified Women’s Transformation Coach credential. Eligible coaches will also qualify for inclusion in the IMMERSE Certified Coaches Directory, subject to the applicable listing and verification requirements.
The certification equips you to apply the programme’s coaching approach in appropriate engagements supporting women’s transformation, personal development, and leadership growth, within your competence and the applicable professional and ethical boundaries.
Certified coaches are trained to provide coaching within the defined scope of the programme. The certification does not qualify holders to practise psychotherapy, counselling, psychology, or other regulated professions without the separate qualifications or authorisations required. Coaches must recognise their limitations and refer clients to qualified professionals when necessary.
Yes. IMMERSE intends to provide a verification process through which individuals and organisations can confirm a coach’s certification status. Details of the verification process will be made available through the official website.
Eligible certified coaches will be listed in the IMMERSE Certified Coaches Directory, subject to the applicable eligibility, verification, and listing requirements. Directory inclusion is not automatic unless expressly stated in the programme policies.
After certification, you can apply your learning in appropriate coaching engagements and professional contexts. You may also access the directory and verification opportunities for which you qualify. Any additional community, continuing development, or professional support arrangements will be communicated by IMMERSE where applicable.
The intensive learning experience runs for five days, followed by the required practical assessment. Participants should consult the official cohort announcement for the schedule and assessment arrangements.
