IMMERSE Inner Circle made me into a convert.
I used to snicker at the idea of coaching, that it wasn’t for me, and when the time comes, I’d do the things I needed to do but that time never came. I signed up after I had quizzed a friend of mine who joined ahead of me, and she was super helpful.
Prior to joining, I pledged to myself that I will show up for everything no matter what, and this commitment to everything we did at the squad level and in the larger house has translated to results in all areas of my life (including marriage, relationships, and personal growth, etc).
I learned commitment and I am still learning. I know what I need to do for the next cycle already and I am excited!
Now I know Coaching is not just necessary for me but coaching with IMMERSE is compulsory for me.
