Starting Early is a Leverage!
I have been spreading the conviction that Youth is a Bankable Currency, and helping the next generation start early is the new kind of leverage. Since we are now working hard with young leaders to become the 1% best in their dispensation, I believe that our Tweens and Teens must not be left out!
The core of my work and breakthrough coaching has been to unlock next-level potential in purpose-driven individuals, visionaries and leaders; so they can release their growth, genius and greatness. It is with joy that I am now sharing the Visioning 2025 Retreat for Tweens and Teens, based on an original framework that is uniquely customised for the Alpha Generation Leaders.
We are investing one weekend into a transformational coaching experience, filled with learning, fun, self-reflections, creativity and connections. Working within one of our two Leader Camps (Tweens Camp : ages 9 to 12 years old) and (Teens Camp : ages 13 - 17 years old), attendees will experience core coaching sessions, breakout syndicate activities, personal reflection exercises, life goals framing and lots of fun etc.

Is this retreat suitable for my child’s age group?
Yes! The retreat is specifically designed for children aged 9 to 19. We’ve created 3 distinct tracks - one for Tweens (ages 9 -12), Teens (ages 13 - 16) and Big Teens (ages 17 - 19), to ensure your child gets age-appropriate guidance and experiences.
Where exactly is the retreat happening?
The retreat is a hybrid event where you can either join us virtually or choose to be in the room with us at the physical event in Lagos, Nigeria. For safety and security reasons, the exact venue will be shared only with registered participants in advance of the retreat.
Our goal, however is to create an equally enriching and seamless experience for ALL participants whether you join us in-person or online.
Is this a sleepover or residential camp?
No, this is a day retreat only. Your child will arrive in the morning and go home in the evening. There are no overnight stays.
What will my child gain from this experience?
Your child will enjoy inspiring coaching sessions, develop a vision for 2025, receive a custom journal, workbook, and vision board kit, complete a personal strengths assessment, and leave with tools that build confidence, clarity, and purpose - all in a fun, safe, and affirming environment.
How do I register and what happens after payment?

What if my child is shy or introverted?
That’s completely okay! We have friendly facilitators trained to gently engage shy or quiet children. The sessions are interactive but never pushy. Every child is welcome just as they are.
Will there be security and adult supervision?
Absolutely. Safety is a top priority. We have trusted adult supervisors, trained coaches, and secure spaces. Parents will also receive emergency contact information.
