The Visionary Leadership Conference gave me a vision for my life. From the conference, I discovered my leadership style, why I act the way I do, and how to harness my strengths for the greater good. I got clarity on my field of play (Academic Leadership) and I now have action plans to master this field. I also got a vision of transcendence and learned to success script. I have so many things to apply to my life that I know will make a huge difference. I know that by next year’s VLC I would have experienced a shift.
