The Visionary Leadership Conference gave me a vision for my life. From the conference, I discovered my leadership style, why I act the way I do, and how to harness my strengths for the greater good. I got clarity on my field of play (Academic Leadership) and I now have action plans to master this field. I also got a vision of transcendence and learned to success script. I have so many things to apply to my life that I know will make a huge difference. I know that by next year’s VLC I would have experienced a shift. Thanks to the IMMERSE Coaching Company for this privilege.
VLC 2024 was a truly enlightening and mind-stretching experience. The discussions and insights from the Speakers and panelists ignited my passion for driving meaningful change within my sphere of influence. I gained valuable tools and strategies for fostering innovation and building a lasting legacy in my journey of becoming. The Conference not only broadened my perspective but also reinforced my commitment to being a Champion of Change! I left feeling inspired and equipped to make a real difference.
When I joined this cycle, I was going through a rough patch. I was drowning in disappointments, confusion, and a whole lot of emotional turmoil. Honestly, I was just sick of the life I was living. That was how I found myself in the cleanse pathway after taking the assessment—I was ready for a serious change. I wanted to push past the storms and soar higher with my purpose prototype.
I’ve committed to months of consistent learning, and it’s been incredible. I wouldn’t say I’ve experienced a complete transformation, but the growth has been purposeful and real. My fire has been ignited, and I’m now in the process of achieving bigger things, guided by my majestic manifesto. The IMMERSE Inner Circle has been a powerful catalyst, helping me break through my self-imposed limitations and discover a path forward.
This journey has been a reminder that even when things are tough, there’s always a way to find strength and move forward with purpose. I am so grateful for this experience and for the support I’ve received from this amazing community.

The sessions with Dr. Tarfa, Haoma Worgu, and Eziaha Bolaji-Olojo were needed. Almost 20 hours in total and it felt like we had just started.
I left knowing that I could do things differently this year, I left emboldened and empowered to take on 2024. I left knowing what I could do immediately. I left with a new mindset on personal branding, health and wellness, and Macroeconomics.
I’m also thankful for the opportunity to have connected with new people, joining virtually was a great experience, and did not look like I missed out on anything.
This Retreat has opened my eyes to not just my personal needs but to my family’s. Through Dr Tarfa’s engagement, I have enrolled my children in the Khan Academy and I have been enrolled in 9 courses that will impact my life, especially as a Banker. Success Systems are a must for my life to enable me to concentrate on more meaningful engagements.
DDK’s teachings humbled me in the way they made me think which is something I rarely did prior. I have been able to write out my theme for the year. I now understand that Solitude and quietness are a must-have.
The resources DDK has exposed us to are huge. I must follow DDK for the whole of the year!

Last year, I joined the one-day Retreat and one cycle of the Future-Forward Female Mastermind and one of the words DDK said was that you may be starting the year now and it doesn’t seem like anything is going to happen in your life but go check November and you would have your billboard everywhere. Guess what? My billboard was all over Asaba. 15 billboards where I was invited to speak on leadership being a John Maxwell Certified Coach. I am blessed to be part of DDK’s Community. This was my first experience with The Visioning Retreat, although I have interacted with IMMERSE Inner Circle Courses intermittently since 2021. I received immense clarity- specific instructions came through, not just from DDK, but from other facilitators and sisters. The Community was phenomenal, I had the privilege of networking and I am hopeful to maintain the connections throughout the year. The Retreat was exactly what I needed to jump-start my year and I am so glad I took a chance on myself and made the investment.

This quote has become a guiding principle, inspiring me to channel my creative tensions positively throughout the year.

However, the Visioning 2023 Retreat blew my mind. The Enigma Schema!!! All I can do is scream!! It expanded my mind, rocked my world, equipped me with tools, emboldened me with conviction, and provided me with a premium and applicable framework with which I am organizing my life and knocking off my 2023-2025 goals. Visioning 2023 Retreat was totally for me! I came into the retreat knowing that my answers would be waiting for me and they were! From the visioning exercises to the clear insights for 2023, every session was super. I particularly enjoyed the sessions on visioning, enigmas and wealth assets, they provided a copious amount of clarity for me. I left quilt and regret behind and I am so ready to take on my world and solve enigmas! I have learnt that answers are coming to me for my industry and I am ready to run with them. 2023 is a year of work for me and IMMERSE and DDK have tooled me up to outdo and outperform.

The 7 Pillars of belief systems for experiencing a personal pivot was the first and major deliverance for me. It is the answer that I have been trying to crack about my subconscious conditionings and I believe it is now time for the Mindshift. Then, came day 2, it was worth every minute spent with all the attendees. The confirmations I got were amazing, and the insight, and directions I won’t recover from. I will put them to great use all through the year and decade, for sure. The breakout session was a great practical session that I intend to use repeatedly in working out/ fine-tuning my opportunity blueprint.
