It almost feels unbelievable how quickly time has moved, yet for many within our community, these six months have carried years’ worth of growth, stretching, realignment, courageous decisions, answered prayers, difficult conversations, fresh beginnings, and significant breakthroughs.
One of the greatest gifts of intentional living is the ability to pause, look back with gratitude, extract wisdom from our experiences, and prepare ourselves for what still lies ahead.
As we reflect on the first half of the year at IMMERSE Coaching Company, our hearts are filled with gratitude for every individual, family, organisation, leader, entrepreneur, ministry gift, and visionary who chose to journey with us.
On Saturday, 10th January 2026, over a thousand people from different parts of the world gathered virtually for the Visioning 2026 Summit with DDK.
It became eight powerful hours of guided reflection, strategic thinking, prophetic intelligence, and intentional vision architecture.
The room was filled with clarity, alignment, hope, and renewed conviction as participants paused to intentionally frame their year before rushing into execution.

If the Summit framed the year, the Visioning 2026 Signature Retreat, held from Thursday, 22nd to Saturday, 24th January 2026, helped participants build it.
For three deeply immersive days, participants gathered both in person and virtually for one of our most transformational annual experiences.
Together, we journeyed through profound coaching sessions, prophetic intelligence, strategic frameworks, guided reflections, masterclasses, mentoring conversations, and intentional planning sessions.
Participants left not only inspired but equipped with practical structures for their leadership, businesses, ministries, careers, families, finances, and purpose projects. The Retreat became a space where vision moved from inspiration to implementation.
For many, it was the defining turning point for their year.

One of the beautiful highlights of this year has been watching the Visioning movement continue to expand globally.
Following our Signature Retreat, we had the privilege of hosting our international Visioning experiences, bringing together participants from different cities and nations who desired to intentionally position themselves for purpose, leadership, and impact.
Through our international retreats at Houston and London, we continued building a growing global community committed to thoughtful leadership, courageous innovation, and purposeful living.
This first half of the year also gave us another beautiful opportunity to celebrate our Founder and Lead Coach, DDK. Birthdays are often moments of reflection, but for our community, they are also moments of gratitude.
We celebrated a leader whose life’s work continues to shape individuals, organisations, governments, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and visionaries across the world. We remain grateful for the vision she continues to steward so faithfully.
One of the defining moments of this first half was undoubtedly The Majestic Manifesto 2026.
Under the powerful theme of Work. Wisdom. Wealth., participants experienced a gathering that challenged conventional thinking around work, calling, leadership, value creation, and wealth.
Across multiple sessions, conversations, and encounters, attendees were stretched to rethink how they build, how they steward opportunities, and how wisdom becomes the foundation for sustainable impact.
It was more than a conference.
It was a call to become.
Many left with renewed conviction to pursue work that is meaningful, wisdom that is transformative, and wealth that serves generations.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be hosting our Parenting Masterclass and Parenting Workshop, equipping parents, guardians, educators, and mentors with practical wisdom, coaching tools, and transformational insights for intentionally raising confident, resilient, and purpose-driven children.
We’re excited to once again host one of our community’s most impactful experiences for young people.
The Visioning Retreat for Tweens & Teens will provide a safe, engaging, and empowering environment where teenagers can explore identity, purpose, leadership, school life, character, and their future with greater clarity and confidence.
