Funke AlomoOluwa

Funke AlomoOluwa is an accomplished Organizational Architect and CEO of MaDop Associates Limited, a
boutique consulting firm. With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping business owners
build businesses that not only thrive but also outlast their founders. Her expertise spans strategic business
and performance management, board management, business re-engineering, corporate leadership, IT,
strategy formulation and execution, human capital development, finance, and accounting.
Throughout her impressive career, Funke has held executive management roles at Xpress Payments
Solutions Limited, Chams Access, and CHAMS PLC. As CEO of ChamsAccess LTD, she drove significant
revenue and profitability growth and successfully led the field implementation of the Bank Verification
Number (BVN) project. At MaDop Associates Limited, she leverages her extensive experience to provide
top-tier consulting, coaching, and training services, helping clients align strategy, operations, and people
to achieve improved organizational performance and profitability.
Funke holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain, and an Executive MBA from Lagos
Business School. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she has also
attended numerous prestigious courses, including those at Harvard Business School.
Passionate about nurturing future leaders, Funke hosts the “Leadership Series with FA” webinar, where
she shares insights and guidance to help professionals excel in their careers. As President of Astonishing
Pattern Global, she is committed to raising teens, youths, and young adults who are exemplary in family,
work, and community.
Funke is happily married to Arc. Dele AlomoOluwa, and they are blessed with three children: a daughter
and two sons.
