VLC 2023 exceeded my expectations, providing rich insights into Visionary Leadership. One key takeaway was that a leader’s goal is to create value and solve problems, not seek celebrity status. Another was to focus more on strategic leadership rather than hands-on involvement. Leadership is about legacy, passing the visionary baton to the next generation. I’m immensely grateful to IMMERSE Coaching Company and especially to General DDK for the scholarship to attend this life-changing conference.
