A transformational, non-residential leadership and personal development retreat helping children, tweens, and teenagers discover who they are, develop their potential, and begin building a compelling vision for their future.
Visioning Retreat 2026 for Tweens and Teens is a transformational, non-residential leadership and personal development camp designed to help children, tweens, and teenagers discover who they are, develop their potential, and begin building a compelling vision for their future.
The Retreat recognizes that every young person possesses unique gifts, untapped genius, and the capacity for greatness. However, these qualities do not develop automatically — they require intentional discovery, nurturing, guidance, exposure, and practical development. More than a holiday programme, Visioning Retreat is a developmental journey that helps young people cultivate their unique potential and begin intentionally building lives of purpose, contribution and influence.

Every participant moves through three progressive stages of growth — a framework brought together with parents, educators, and experts in one immersive learning experience designed to cultivate identity, excellence, leadership, innovation, and purpose.
Every young person possesses unique talents, strengths, interests and natural abilities. This stage increases self-awareness through strengths discovery, talent identification, personality exploration and confidence building.
Potential becomes meaningful only when it is developed. Participants cultivate habits of excellence through leadership, academic mastery, innovation, communication, creativity, problem solving, resilience and disciplined growth.
The ultimate purpose of education is contribution. Participants explore purpose, vision, service, citizenship, entrepreneurship and societal impact — leaving with a compelling picture of the future they want to build.
Rather than overwhelming participants with information, the Retreat combines experiential learning, coaching, collaboration, reflection, and practical application — grounded in four principles.
Participants gain awareness of themselves through assessments, coaching and reflection.
Interactive workshops and practical exercises strengthen capability.
Participants apply learning through projects, presentations and collaborative challenges.
Participants create personal vision plans and practical roadmaps for future growth.
Each track follows the same Discover → Develop → Demonstrate → Design model, tailored to where your child is in their own developmental journey. Every day, all participants gather for morning assembly, shared learning moments, and community games.
Children begin discovering their future long before they begin choosing careers. The Junior Retreat creates a joyful, interactive environment where children discover that they are uniquely created, capable of learning, and able to make a positive difference through stories, games, music, art, movement, and guided exploration.
The ages of nine to twelve represent one of the most formative periods in a young person’s development. Explorers is designed to help participants transition from childhood curiosity to intentional personal growth cultivating self-awareness, confidence, leadership, discipline and future readiness through highly interactive, experiential learning.
Today’s teenagers are preparing to enter a world transformed by technological disruption, economic uncertainty, and unprecedented opportunity. Visioning Leaders is an immersive leadership accelerator integrating leadership formation, future readiness, innovation, entrepreneurship and civic responsibility into one transformational experience.
Visioning Retreat seeks to create measurable transformation across two stakeholders — your child, and you.

No — Visioning Retreat 2026 for Tweens and Teens is a non-residential leadership and personal development camp. A fully virtual option is also available for families who prefer to join remotely.
The Retreat runs three tailored tracks: Visioning Juniors (ages 5–8), Visioning Explorers (ages 9–12), and Visioning Leaders (ages 13–19) — each following the same Discover → Develop → Demonstrate → Design model, adapted to their stage of development.
In-Person seats give your child the full on-site experience across the five days, including Friday’s live Gala. Virtual seats give full access to live sessions, workshops, and coaching remotely — ideal for families joining from outside the retreat’s location.
Depending on their track, every participant graduates with a completed Vision Journal, a Strengths Profile, a Personal Vision Plan or Future Growth Plan, and — for Explorers and Leaders — a real Impact Project presented at Friday’s Gala.
The retreat is proposed for Monday 24 – Friday 29 August 2026. This is subject to confirmation of a final date preferred by the team.
Limited seats across both formats — secure your child’s place today.
