Olabisi Obayomi is a People Development Professional and Certified Coach, with 9 years of cumulative work experience providing Administrative, Coaching, Human Resource, Financial & Project Management services to organizations across various sectors.
She holds a BSc. Accounting Degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and a Business Leadership Micromasters Certification in Business Administration and Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. She is a Certified Masteries Practitioner by the International Association of Coaching (IAC), USA.
She is currently serving as Deputy General Manager – People Development and Administration – at IMMERSE Coaching Company where she is responsible for leading the direct charge for People Development, Business Structure, Office Administration, and providing Special Functional Oversight to Customer Experience Management Team and the Support Coaching Team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to this role, consistently delivering exceptional results and leading the direct charge for growing a more efficient business structure and system with IMMERSE Coaching Company.
Olabisi contributes her time towards noteworthy projects at the Flickers of Hope Foundation (FOH), a community-based, women-led, non-profit organization established with a specific focus on SDG 4 (Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all), directly impacting women and children. She also serves as a motivating mentor to volunteers and beneficiaries.
In her engagement with FOH, she has also participated in the Federal Ministry of Education Review Group on National Gender Policy in Basic Education. As an Accountant by profession, she provides voluntary internal audit service to the coalition in charge of Education for All (CSACEFA).
She loves planning, developing, and implementing multiple programs within an organization from start to finish where she utilises her project management, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
